Frequently Asked Questions – Shipping & Policies
Care Instructions
While most pieces are dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the life of your pottery.
Please wash all new pottery with warm, soapy water before use.
Avoid stacking items in the sink or exposing them to sudden temperature changes to prevent cracking.
Microwave Use
Most pottery is microwave safe.
Exceptions: Items with gold or Mother of Pearl luster are not microwave or dishwasher safe.
Custom Orders
I am not accepting custom orders at this time.
Shipping Information
Shipping Charges
Canada:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
USA:
I now ship to the United States.
Please note that any customs fees, duties, tariffs, or import charges applied after shipment are the responsibility of the buyer and are completely out of my control.
Europe:
I also ship to Europe.
Additional customs fees, VAT, duties, or import charges may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping is added at checkout.
If the actual shipping cost is lower, I’ll refund the difference.
If shipping costs are significantly higher than calculated, I may contact you before shipping.
Combined Shipping
Yes! I combine orders and refund any shipping overages whenever possible.
Local Pickup / Delivery
Local pickup is available in Osoyoos/Oliver.
Choose the pickup option at checkout to waive shipping, and I’ll contact you to arrange a time.
Please include your email or phone number for coordination.
Shipping Timeline
Orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.
I aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Destinations
I currently ship within Canada, the USA, and Europe.
If there are any issues or questions regarding shipping, please contact me directly and I’ll do my best to help.
If an order is declined, refused, or returned, refunds will be issued for the item only, minus all shipping costs.
Returns, Refunds & Damages
Damages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me right away with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
Refunds are only possible with proof of damage.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an item is with the postal service, delays, losses, or theft are beyond my control.
Please contact your local post office for assistance.
Refunds & Exchanges
I do accept returns or exchanges if needed – however, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please contact me if you find a maker’s flaw – I’ll happily review and replace or refund the item if appropriate.
